We recently bought our private car from Spoolde Auto's and received excellent service. There were a few minor issues that needed fixing, and they were handled as agreed! The car was delivered neat and clean. The salesperson was also a very friendly and sociable gentleman! You're treated like a person, and that says a lot. I definitely recommend this car dealership!

I recently bought an automatic Fiat Panda at Spoolde. Upon arrival, they already mentioned that the car needed to be taken to the garage, which was done within a few days! I then took the car back, and I discovered some minor issues. They were very responsive and resolved them promptly. The service was excellent and very friendly. I'm very grateful for the work they did!

Last May, we bought a Toyota Yaris from Spoolde Auto's. We haven't regretted it for a moment, as we're very happy with our car so far. The staff provided excellent service. During the test drive, we noticed a few minor issues, but they were promptly resolved. Several other minor issues were addressed upon delivery. In short, a great car for a reasonable price.

In October 2024, I bought a Toyota Proace with only 140,000 km on the odometer from Spoolde Auto's. According to the seller, the car was mechanically 100% sound. However, the day after purchase, it turned out that the coolant was completely brown and sludged. After the purchase, it was checked by three independent garages, all of whom stated that a sealant had been added to the coolant. A so-called pill to stop an oil leak. I contacted Spoolde Auto's about this. Spoolde Auto's stated that there was no leaking gasket because the car cooled and heated simultaneously. A leaking gasket, according to them, was impossible. Despite the fact that the coolant was as brown as chocolate milk and the bottom of the van was now soaked with oil, they continued to deny it and claimed that they accidentally mixed two different coolants. Advice from Spoolde Auto's: Have the coolant flushed. Great, when can we come by? No, no, that's not how it works at Spoolde; it's at our own expense! Then, after only 2,000 km of driving after purchase, the AdBlue tank failed. We are now aware that Spoolde Auto's sold us the car with an oil leak (see photo; oil is literally pouring out of the engine). The car was taken to Spoolde Auto's for repairs for the broken AdBlue tank and oil leak/gasket. Spoolde then disabled the AdBlue tank at the chip tuner and then claimed there was no oil leak, even though the entire underside of the car was soaked with oil. Also, the brake pads, brake discs, and steering rack were completely worn out when we sold it. Spoolde Auto's not only sold us a wreck with numerous defects, but the van was also extremely dangerous and was declared unsafe by an independent garage. The van appeared to have excellent paintwork upon purchase, but after the first wash, it turned out that quite a few things had been tampered with. The entire van is scratched, has multiple parking scuffs, and even the paint is peeling off. If you're also interested in buying a car with numerous hidden defects, this company is definitely the right choice. If you'd prefer not to have this happen, at least make sure an independent third party carries out a pre-purchase inspection. We incurred a total of €18,500 in damages excluding VAT, and our requests for repairs were met with a lackadaisical and unprofessional response. Unfortunately, our (former) lawyer made a few mistakes; otherwise, the purchase would have been cancelled long ago.

What fantastic service at Spoolde. I can't agree with some of the reviews here. Last Saturday, I bought a nice Golf from these top-notch dealers. We were given all the space we needed to view and test the car, including reading the computer with the equipment I brought with me. Everything felt good, and the deal was quickly closed, including a short warranty on the engine and gearbox. After arriving home, a warning light came on on the dashboard. I contacted them immediately and reported the fault codes. This was resolved very quickly. I was able to bring the car in for repairs that same week. Thanks again to the gentlemen at Spoolde.
