Great experience with this garage. At 9 PM on Friday, I had a problem with my car, including a coolant leak, which the mechanic resolved immediately. I barely charged anything for this, excellent service!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've been here several times, and they've always been helpful. Yesterday I had another problem: the car wouldn't start without jumper cables. The ANWB (Dutch Automobile Association) suggested it was probably due to a software update. After some checks, the mechanic confirmed that wasn't the case. A new battery was installed, and it starts perfectly again. Thank you!

A 3-month nightmare – and €2,000 poorer What started as a simple visit to the garage turned into a full-blown nightmare. I was without my car for three months. During that time, I received no replacement transportation, no concrete solution, and only vague promises and excuses. The same old story over and over again: "It's almost ready," "We're working on it," "You'll be called soon." But the most frustrating part? After three months, I picked up my car… with the exact same problem. Nothing was resolved at all. The car was still not drivable – so how could it be "almost ready," as was repeatedly claimed? And the bill? €2,000. For what exactly? For three months without transportation, no clear communication, no compensation whatsoever? No apologies. No phone call. No solution. Just silence and a broken car with even some paint damage and a foul odor. Let this be a warning: I would never, ever recommend this garage to anyone. I've rarely experienced such a lack of professionalism, communication, and responsibility. I was ripped off for €2,000!!!!!!

Last night I had a breakdown: my exhaust gasket had burst. Since I needed the car urgently early the next morning, I thought it would be impossible to get it repaired in time. To my surprise, Smeets Occasion’s Parkstad was ready for me right away – even at 9:30 PM! They did everything they could to help me that same evening, with a smile and without rushing things. This experience shows that they don't just sell cars; they genuinely care about their customers. The combination of friendliness, craftsmanship, and dedication – even outside normal business hours – means I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone in the area. Thanks to their dedication, I was on the road the next morning without a hitch. Truly top-notch service!
