I reached out to Mercedes regarding an MBUX issue that I had caused myself, and Smeets Venlo was recommended to me. The service and customer care were outstanding. My issue was resolved very quickly, the pricing was fair, and the entire experience was excellent. I’m happy to recommend this place.

Perfect. All (minor) issues fixed under warranty. Got a very fine replacement car. When I asked them about a nearby gas station to return that car with a full tank, they replied not to worry about it. Obviously, I went to refuel it. Got a nice AMG phone case for my son as well. In addition they cleaned (interior as well) and polished my own car for free. The chief mechanic explained all issues and repairs very extensively. In conclusion, a MB dealer that exceeds all MB standards!
