"Went here in December to have tires balanced and received very good and friendly service. I was pleasantly surprised since it is quite hard to find good service nowadays. The employee that helped me at the time suggested that I do a wheel alignment soon due to slight uneven wear and also swop the tires from back to front. They could not fit me in for an alignment on the day so I made a new appointment recently. When I arrived today I asked if they could also swop the wheels from the front to the back (I forgot to ask when I made the appointment) and just have a look to see if there are any noticeable flat spots on the tires since there is still a thumping noise at speed. Afterwards when I asked what the results of the alignment was and if they could find any flat spots, the owner very unexpectedly rudely accused me that I was advising him on how to do his job and that I should just pay and leave. This place generally has very good reviews, so maybe the owner just had a bad day or something. Or maybe it was because I was speaking English. Who knows. But this was unfortunately a very unpleasant experience in the end."

"Good advice, excellent service, very competitive prices. Sala, the owner, doesn't just do what you ask for but he asks questions first and always manages to provide proper advice, taking into account a few things you had not thought about. Clearly a man who knows what he's talking about. Even though the place is always busy, you can usually just drop in without an appointment. 3 weeks ago Sala ordered 2 tyres for me, no need to write anything down. I walked up to him today and without hesitating he said: 215/55/R16 right? He remembered the size of my tyres from the top of his head! The friendly and knowledgeable staff replaced the tyres quickly, always providing some tips along the way. It's no surprise I have been a client of Sky Bandennet for many years."
