No dogs allowed in the shop, but there is also no place outside to tie them up

Paid for a superwax program. 3 of the 7 items weren't done. I reported it, and the woman came outside. She now sees the car wash at item 4 and says, "It's working anyway..." Oh well. I'll skip it next time.
