"Be warned of this unreliable address. I traded in my Audi A5 Cabrio for a nearly new Cooper (106 km). I had a warranty clause added to the purchase agreement regarding the window tinting because it had been done dramatically poorly. According to the owner, Niels, this would resolve itself with sunlight, but unfortunately, there was no improvement whatsoever. After I made a claim, the owner, Niels, was not home and came up with all sorts of excuses, contradicting himself repeatedly to get out of the written agreement. Incidentally, he no longer answers his phone. When I tried a different number, I got through immediately. After both written and phone calls, it quickly became clear that Niels was doing everything he could to fob us off. We were offered the option of receiving €125 (including VAT) (later, with the added requirement that he receive a photo of the replacement beforehand), despite the actual cost of around €400. Option two was to bring the car in, after which he would need three (!) days to re-tint three rear windows of a Cooper. Given that we live over 100 km away, this feels like a turn-off to us. I buy a new car every two to three years, always from the original dealers because I value an organization that stands for something. Unfortunately, this time I fell for this dubious dealer, which was further confirmed by the description of my previous vehicle, which listed options that were completely absent. I'm afraid I'll have to take my loss, but I want to use this opportunity to protect potential buyers from these types of people."
