Poor service, no reply to emails or communication or feedback...No garanty in case of purchase...! Quality cars is a gammel!

We bought an Audi A4 in June 2021, they were kind and helpful in the beginning with the maintenance before purchase. After they hand over the car, the back brake light broke in a week, followed by the driver’s side lock stopped working a couple of weeks later, then one of the back door’s lock gave up, and finally after 4 months of joyful use we had a fatal engine failure. In the Audi garage they said it needs a full engine change for €6500, and the salon should have knew about it before selling. Tried to reach out to Senna, but as they don’t offer warranty in their contracts they didn’t help. Tried to get them to help to sell the broken car, but couldn’t reach them since. I believe we were just unlucky and I would prioritize next time for warranty, however the way they did not want to get involved with this is disappointing.

1 star its too much. I can't choose 0/5 so shame. Few mounths ago I bought Volvo. I ask the dealer it is everythink okay with the car. He said "you need only put the gas and drive" in 3 mounths i spend for fix this car almost 3000 euro and still don't see ending of repairs in this car. Car value is 1500, 3000 i ve already put. Wathout for this salon. Stay how far you can. Owner is lair man
