I reported damage to my car. I received help fairly quickly. It looked fine. However, after two days, the tailgate fell off. They should have secured it a bit better. I tried it myself, and it worked.

Great service and excellent repair, it looks great again. It's a shame about the "fresh" perfume smell in the interior, though. It really wasn't necessary, a real shame, as I've been airing it out with the windows open for about two weeks now.
