Excellent service. Due to the poor weather forecast, I was able to bring the car in an afternoon early for repair. They also made an effort to arrange a loaner car for me earlier, which thankfully worked out well. The delivery went exactly as agreed and on time. The car looked great again; the damage was perfectly repaired and completely invisible. Very satisfied.

Worthless. Had my company van repaired here. (Half) During the intake, it was thoroughly inspected and photos were taken. She estimated the time at 5 working days. This allowed it to be done nicely during my vacation. It didn't turn out to be 5 working days, but 10!!! (and still not finished). As a business owner, this costs a lot of money. Disappointed every single time that I couldn't work a day. Some days I wasn't even called to cancel. In other words, disappointed 5 times in 1 week, quite an achievement. Of course, it can run over by 1 or 2 days sometimes, but this is doubling the time. Weak excuses every time, and the wrong materials were ordered, meaning the van is still not finished after 10 days. They don't know how to think proactively or solve problems.

I was told the repair of my car would take about five days. It ended up being about six weeks because the person responsible for ordering parts felt it necessary to source them from abroad, even though they were readily available in the Netherlands. I pointed this out several times and still ordered from China. Finally, I sent a link to a Dutch webshop myself, and a few days later my car was ready. Unfortunately, it didn't come with the black Mercedes star I'd specifically requested. When you call, the person responsible for your car is often not available, and you can wait endlessly for a call that you sometimes don't even receive. Communication within this company is truly terrible. It's crucial now that I keep my car damage-free so I don't have to return to this amateurish company.
