"Bought a 2017 Fiat Doblo at Salland. After days of searching and several test drives at dealerships that didn't even speak Dutch, I ended up at Salland. Friendly people! They're a real car dealer, not a garage. So, maintenance history isn't guaranteed, but that's not a problem in itself. They do check the car before purchasing it. After a brief welcome, I received the keys and took an extensive test drive. The car was nicely cleaned and drove perfectly! Unfortunately, after purchasing it, I discovered a minor defect. A broken sensor near the clutch had tripped, causing the car to occasionally stall when stationary. After reporting this to Salland, they politely and especially kindly reimbursed the cost of this minor repair (€160) and even allowed me to have it repaired at a local garage, saving me a trip from Enschede. Other than that, a beautiful, neat car from 2017 for a reasonable price. A great experience!"

"On Saturday, November 24th, I contacted the salesperson at Salland Auto's. I called back several times about things I'd forgotten to ask; nothing was too much trouble, and I was always treated kindly. I made an appointment for Monday the 26th. On Monday, November 26th, I drove from Groningen to Zwolle, where we received a friendly welcome and the Passat was already waiting for us for a test drive. After the test drive, enjoying a delicious cup of coffee and agreeing on the sales price, we drove back to Groningen in our new purchase. If we ever need another car in the future, they will definitely be the first person we call. In short, a satisfied customer who would definitely recommend this company to others.
