Two weeks ago, we bought a beautiful Ford Fiesta from Pietjouw Auto's. We were very pleased with the service and hospitality of the salesperson. We highly recommend buying a car from this company!

We hebben hier een auto gekocht, die dezelfde dag een aantal storingen aangaf. De auto is de volgende dag direct opgehaald (60 km heen en 60 km terug). Het is niet gelijk gelukt om de storing te verhelpen. Uiteindelijk is de auto 3x opgehaald en teruggebracht. Ze hebben enorm hun best gedaan om alles te repareren en dat is ook gelukt. De auto doet het perfect. Garage Pietjouw neemt zijn verantwoordelijkheid en zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

The salesperson was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. He wasn't pushy and was very cooperative, just how I enjoy buying a car. However, during the price negotiations, I mentioned that the tires were bad, even though I'd only checked the front tires. The salesperson said the rear tires were fine... I honestly admitted I hadn't checked them. After purchasing the car, I checked the tires myself at home, and I found them to be in very bad condition. I had another garage check the rear tires, and they advised me not to drive the car anymore! The tires were worn and completely cupped. I mentioned this to Pietjouw, and they immediately said they couldn't/didn't want to do anything about it. I'm still happy with the car, but I do feel like I was somewhat taken for a ride.

We bought a beautiful Renault here and are thrilled with it. Suddenly, our bumper was a bit loose. We didn't know how it happened, but we were welcomed with open arms. Everything was resolved! Top-notch service, top-notch salespeople, simply top-notch! We'll definitely be back for our next purchase. 👍
