Yesterday I brought in my SLK 350 for a spot on the hood. It was more work than expected, but for the agreed-upon price, it was done the next day. True craftsmanship, as you can't even see it anymore.

The car's annual inspection ended with the brake pads and headlights being replaced. A request to locate coolant leaks was ignored. A €500 pickup was charged for practically nothing. While changing the bulbs, an employee broke the hooks, along with several other minor issues. The annual inspection was good despite a very large coolant leak; the next repair request ended without a timeframe. Replacing the brake lights and brake pads took three days, a real nightmare. As far as I'm concerned, this is a poor result for the garage, which almost gave 5 stars. I think the rating is greatly exaggerated. In any case, I wish the owner well.

Excellent service with very friendly technicians. As for the owner, he's a very understanding and friendly man. I immediately felt at home and welcome there. The coffee was delicious and of high quality, as was the service. Fortunately, these gentlemen also had a good sense of humor. You need to be able to laugh these days, as there's a lot of stress everywhere, especially now with the coronavirus outbreak. Thanks, guys, and until the next repair/maintenance! 👍🏻🙋🏻♂️
