"Today I had my car cleaned at RS Auto Cleaning in Heerlen. I asked about the best program, and they said the car would be thoroughly cleaned and completely polished. I had just picked up the car, and there were still many dirty spots and stains on the interior. When I pointed this out, they replied, "That's all we do for €200." The car was simply polished, but certainly not cleaned. I wasn't satisfied at all, but they didn't seem to care. It's a real shame, as this is a new car, and I would have liked to leave a positive review."
