Recently bought a Audi Q3 from here (second hand), had a really good experience, we have also renewed the rims and the wheels as well. I would recommend this dealer. They were always helpful as well

I purchased a set of rims with tyres from this company. The rims pictured on the company's website appeared to be very clean, undamaged and in excellent condition. These pictures turned out to be completely misleading. When I received these rims they were in terrible condition. They were covered in corrosion otherwise known as "white worm". I will need to spend another €500 to get the rims refurbished before I can install them on my car. I contacted the company to request that I ship the wheels back to them and asked for a refund. They refused saying there was nothing wrong with the rims I recieved. When I pressed them on the matter they cut off communication. See the pictures below of the rims on the website compared to pictures I took of the rims myself. The pictures speak for themselves, the difference is huge. I deeply regret purchasing from this company.

Very bad service and company. In their reply, They claim that I bought a car with high mileage. Does buying a car with high mileage mean that it will be full of hidden problems and I am not informed about them in advance? the car was BMW 20800. it is not that high mileage for a german engine. moreover, There are many emails between us prove that i got problems since the first day!. a respectful company doesn’t say to a customer “ when the car doesn’t like you it is better to sell it” because as a man with moral i will not sell a defect car to someone else. BTW THE CAR NOW LIKES ME AFTER PAYING A LOT TO FIX THE PROBLEMS. so Please don't pretend to be an honest company. Not recommended company!
