"Initially, the man was friendly and helpful. He proudly told us about the cars he had available. He was fair and honest in his negotiations. We bought a VW Polo with several nice options like cruise control, rain sensors, and air conditioning, all of which were supposed to work. The air conditioning was also charged. If anything went wrong, we could come back immediately; "It'll be fine," he said. However, after a drive in the blazing sun, it turned out the air conditioning wasn't working. We contacted the man, who vehemently denied it. "It's not a new car," "You didn't buy a warranty." When we indicated that we'd like this resolved, the man hung up the phone. We wouldn't recommend anyone buying their car here. Typical smooth sales talk: once the car is in the shop, you have a 3-meter warranty."

"Bought my first car here for a good price. He's easy to reach by phone and takes the time to answer all your questions. Because of the long journey (a two-hour drive), he even reserved the car for us, which was very helpful. Once there, we were given a cup of coffee and a detailed explanation of the car. Upon purchase, we received another cup of coffee, some car accessories to take home, and even a minor service afterward (tire pressure and fluids). Excellent service! It's worth driving from the Randstad to a reliable dealer."
