"What a worthless RDW address Venlo is; I don't think the older lady at the counter has any idea what customer service means. If you don't know what your own tiles are like, go do some weeding or something. I normally visit Elsloo and never have any problems. Neither for business nor for personal matters. It was Venlo again after a long time, but I'll stick with Elsloo. There are people there who are proactive and genuinely helpful."

"I drove all the way to Venlo for the first time to inspect the bus because there wasn't a spot closer. I have to say, I received excellent service and the coffee was delicious. Definitely not a hardship to have to drive that far. The staff were great."

"Today for inspection import motorcycle. Very nice lady at counter 2, despite the fact that I arrived with rainy clothes. Also the lady inspector was very friendly and social. There does seem to be a shortage of staff given the delay, but with this weather I didn't have much to do anyway. Well done RDW Venlo!"
