"I purchased a vehicle from Habib, which was advertised as being in "100% good" condition. Unfortunately, it broke down midway through a 1000 km journey intended to take my family home for Easter, leaving us stranded in Germany. I had to arrange for the car to be towed back to the Netherlands and rent an expensive replacement vehicle to complete the trip. Upon contacting Habib, he offered to repair the car—provided I returned it to his location, over 200 km from my home. This was not a practical solution. He refused to cover the cost of local repairs (estimated at €700) or reimburse the towing expenses. In the end, he paid €400, seemingly just to settle the matter. If you're considering buying a car from this seller, make sure that any warranty or guarantee is explicitly stated on the invoice."
