A very bad experience. Despite making and confirming an appointment for a pre-purchase inspection in advance, we found ourselves standing in front of a completely closed and dark shop at the agreed-upon time, on a normal Friday. We then tried to reach them by phone eight times, without any answer. Only afterward did the owner admit he thought the appointment had been canceled or had forgotten (?). At no point was anyone available or did they make any effort to resolve the issue. Appointments here seem worthless, and the level of professionalism is simply subpar. Absolutely not a trustworthy approach.

I sold my car here. I don't know much about cars myself, so I advertised it online as a defective, non-running vehicle. I never mentioned the exact nature of the damage because I didn't know myself. R. Saes picked up the car very quickly and paid for it. Afterwards, they complained that the engine was broken and threatened me with legal action if I didn't lower the asking price and issue a refund. They also accused me of withholding information and trying to deceive the buyer. This was extremely unfriendly behavior and a very poor way to treat a customer!

Al jaren zeer tevreden over autoservice Saes... vakkundig goede en snelle service en meedenkend bij problemen en goed advies . Correcte prijzen en vooral betrouwbaar met verrichtte reparaties. .

Auto daar regelmatig laten nakijken en een beurt geven, geen klachten over dit bedrijf, men heeft bij groot probleem bij mijn auto hem weer aan de gang gekregen dit voor een redelijke prijs, echt klasse.
