The person at the reception was a total racist. He refused to speak English saying (in Dutch) "This is Holland bla bla bla". In the end he had to speak English and his English was very good indeed. (I moved to The Netherlands just recently) He service was good tough; I went there for APK and it completed within 30 minutes or so without any problem.
