"A lovely warm welcome, very friendly and helpful staff at the counter! The mechanic was a bit nonchalant, thinking the air conditioning problem was "a matter of the on/off switch" and "forgot" to test and check properly. He wanted to rush it. The problem turned out to be unresolved. The men at the counter were very helpful in referring me to the dealer. Beware, though, if you're a woman and get a loaner car, they'll say, "There's still a car for the lady." 🤪😂😃"

"Friday afternoon on the A15, I suddenly received a message about low tire pressure. I exited the highway and had it checked. Then I went to Nout Profile tire service, which is also a car dealership. I was treated very politely at the reception desk, and they responded almost immediately; there was only one other person waiting ahead of me. After 25 minutes, they had checked the tire, and it turned out the system was messed up. So, the puncture was discovered... To my surprise, I was allowed to leave immediately, service... sir. In these times of Excel spreadsheets with preferably three decimal places, I was pleasantly surprised just before the weekend. A huge compliment to the team working there, considering the speed and humanity displayed here. Warm regards to the entire team!!! I don't know if there's a Dutch Profile Award or something like that. This location deserves one!!"

"4Nieuwe banden gokocht bij profile gorinchem van hankook ivm een aanbieding...na een paar duizend kilometer al versleten, zoiets nog nooit meegemaakt. Is volgens deze garage niet ongebruikelijk, ga hier absoluut niet meer heen, pure oplichting..!!"

"Met veel moeite de auto met lekke band bij ze gebracht voor een propje. Belofte op de site is dat je geen afspraak hoeft te maken. Ze helpen in 30 minuten... Mooi niet! Kom later in de middag maar terug was de reactie van de Noorse medewerker. Terug komen? Nooit niet meer bij jullie."

"Wanted to do APK here but they found "things to repair" for 900€. The next day visted other mechanic and paid 300€ for everything. Definitely do not recommend."
