"I recently brought my Mini Cooper to their shop due to a coolant leak issue. I was quoted 730 euros to replace the thermostat housing and coolant pipe. When I decided not to proceed with the repair, I was suddenly charged 163 euros for a 4-hour diagnostic fee—despite the fact that I received a call only 2 hours after leaving the car. It’s clear that the diagnosis was completed much sooner, yet I was overcharged. Now I've taken to quotes from Garage Plus and authorized MiniCooper service, I've got two offers saying 307 and 610. This isn't the first time I've had a negative experience at their shop. During a previous visit, I was told my car would fail its APK inspection due to exhaust issues, and a repair costing around 750 euros was necessary. However, when I took my car to another service provider, it passed the APK inspection without any problems. It’s hard not to feel that this shop treats expats differently. Indeed, they seem to seize opportunities when they see them. While they might provide honest service to local customers, my experience suggests that expats are being unfairly overcharged."

"Very friendly and very professional! It was also very fast and my car was ready in 30 min ! I went there because my car didn't pass at APK and it was necessary to change a few things.
