"We've had our Peugeot serviced here for the past few years. I really appreciate the system they have for documenting and recommending the importance of suggested maintenance and repair tasks. For example, they include photos of each item of concern and a yellow/red system to estimate importance. I haven't seen this with any other mechanic."

"VERY EXPENSIVE . I brought a car here just to replace a blown fuse and a damaged emergency button that wasn’t working properly. They replaced both – fair enough – but then charged me an outrageous €170! When the average cost for this kind of work in the Netherlands is between €65 and €120. Needless to say, you won’t be seeing me again – nor anyone I know. So this is how you treat your customers and expect to gain their trust? Not the way to build loyalty."

"I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received at your garage. My car was in your care for one week for regular maintenance and brake disk replacement. Additionally, I requested a proper diagnosis for a persistent fan noise. Unfortunately, despite the extended time my car was in the garage, the fan noise issue was not addressed. Now, I am being asked to schedule another appointment to diagnose the problem, which is highly inconvenient. I expected a thorough and complete service during the initial visit, and this oversight has caused unnecessary frustration. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and efficiently."

"I bought the car at this place, and everything went well until I noticed a flaw they hadn’t mentioned during the process. When I started discussions about how to fix it and mentioned that I had received a very high quote from another garage, they offered to fix it but quoted the same price. Whether I had mentioned a lower amount, like €500, or a higher one, like €1,000, they likely would have quoted the same price. They also claimed that the 14-day reflection period only applies to technical issues, which isn’t true, as we had previously swapped our second car under non-technical issue conditions. What frustrates me is that they seem to play fast and loose with what they are willing to do, and the “solutions” they propose are so difficult that they appear designed to make customers give up, rather than pursuing an actual fix or a reasonable compromise."
