"Blatant deception and a ruined car! What was done to my car is completely unacceptable. My wife called for assistance with a specific request for new tires. Instead of honest information, the call center employee took advantage of our situation and misled her, delivering worn-out tires that were in a much worse condition than ours. This is a blatant scam, not help. Then, a "mechanic" arrived who showed a complete lack of knowledge, respect, and professionalism. I watched how he handled my car. I asked him to be careful because the rims are expensive. Despite this, whether intentionally or out of total incompetence, he scratched two of my aluminum wheels. When I pointed it out, he had the nerve to say I could just paint over it. The company's website doesn't state that their mechanics don't balance wheels and use regular wrenches instead of torque wrenches. This shows extreme negligence and poses a real danger on the road. The entire situation ended with blackmail and threats. We were forced to pay to get our car back in one piece and were even told that otherwise, they would take off the wheels or puncture them. It was terrifying, especially so late at night. In summary: this company is a nightmare. Not only did they not help, but they made our situation worse, damaged our property, and extorted money from us. Avoid them at all costs."

"WARNING! Avoid at all costs! Don't let them deceive you and ruin your car! Stay away from this company! Their actions are a complete lack of professionalism and a blatant scam. I called for help when my husband got a flat tire. I explicitly stated that I was only interested in new tires. The consultant on the helpline, instead of honestly informing me that they only offer used tires, decided to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and simply deceived me. If I had known they would deliver tires in a much worse condition than those we had on our brand new car, I would have never agreed. The worst was yet to come. The "mechanic" who arrived was incompetent and extremely rude. Despite my husband's pleas to be careful, he damaged two of our expensive aluminum wheels during the tire change. When we pointed it out, he insolently told us we could just paint over it. The climax of this outrageous situation was blatant blackmail. When we wanted to protest, the mechanic and his colleague threatened to take off the wheels or puncture them if we didn't pay immediately. We were forced to pay to be able to get home safely. Their website lacks crucial information: it doesn't mention that their mechanics don't balance the wheels or that they tighten them with a regular wrench instead of a torque wrench, which is a safety standard. Their "equipment" is a complete joke. This "service" is not just a lack of knowledge, but a total disregard for other people's property. I strongly advise against using this company. This is not roadside assistance; it's a disaster service that destroys and deceives."

"A very bad experience with this company. We feel completely ripped off. They abuse their power in this situation and make customers pay for their mistakes. Promises are not kept (they lie like a maniac), the prices are absurdly high, and you don't even receive an invoice (despite multiple requests and reminders). The technician we had was unprofessional and not qualified enough, so we had to do a lot of work ourselves. Very, very bad!"

"We called them with ask for help they made price for us and then did nobody come to us! We Are still at moment sitting in car, im pregnant and sick of that what else to do if IT was only dumb 24/7 servis And promised that they would come?! 13 *** Hours waiting on them!! We had also aranged drive home but when they Saíd yeaa we Will come to fix it fór yaaa nobody show up So i swear this servis i will visit personaly ! Delete your stupid ganancy !"
