I agreed on a clear price over the phone. Then, when I arrived, the price was suddenly over 20% higher, and they claimed they never mentioned the agreed-upon price. I'm done with this.

We took a piece from them and talked to them. If you don't install it, we'll send it back, and they said they had three months. We called them twice and they said yes, we'll come back. When we went, they said there were no returns, we'd exchange it, and we drove 200 kilometers.

No effort for a customer? When I asked if they had an exhaust clamp for a 3-inch exhaust pipe, the men didn't even know what 3 inches was, and it sounded like I was speaking in another language. They also didn't want to bother explaining what it was in millimeters. I went to another company and received some serious help there.
