Excellent service both on the phone and in the garage. The quote was spot on. Perfect repair/overhaul of a 35-year-old fuel pump. Craftsmanship truly exists.

We received excellent service on our first visit, with attention to detail and a good price. They were a local knowledge center for electrical and automotive installations. On our second visit, the price was significantly higher, and we were asked to pay €1300 for repairs that we had done elsewhere for €900.

Edit: My experience remains the same. Of course, this can never be verified, but that's besides the point. When I came by to make the appointment, I explained in detail what I wanted done, including a check and walnut blasting. During the day, it turned out that nothing had been written down about this, so nothing was done about it. Not really good, in my opinion. Furthermore, it's strange that a slipped chain wasn't noticed during your analysis. The chain set was completely replaced, including the camshaft adjuster. FYI: your quote of €1800 was even more expensive than the dealer's quote of €1500. Rare. End Edit—- Well, a distro chain later, without my original issue being addressed. I received a call from TC that the car was ready and that a faulty air control valve had been detected. The repair cost €600, including the analysis at €127. Phew, then I'll fix it myself. So, I picked up the car in the afternoon. I got in and immediately noticed a very erratic idle. I drove down the street and noticed a lack of power. Back, of course! So the mechanic reconnected the computer but couldn't find anything for an hour. I left the car there for the weekend and on Monday, I got a message that the chain had jumped and that "that can always happen." Annoying, he said! It's strange that I took it to a specialist and got it back broken, and I could figure it out unless I wanted to pay €1800 for repairs! I was angry, of course, but quickly arranged to have it repaired elsewhere for €1070. Quite a difference, right? TC takes no responsibility and is not being lenient. All in all, a regrettable experience with TC Autotechniek. I'll never go there again! How can you leave a car like that for a customer to take away?! And then (aside from the "I don't want to do it" rates they charge) they leave the customer stuck with the problem. Worthless. No go!

In my previous review, I already mentioned that I couldn't recommend TC Autotechniek because they hadn't carried out the order they'd been given, which got me into trouble again within a few days and cost me a considerable amount of extra money. After several conversations between my garage owner, myself, and TC Autotechniek, the miscommunication kept recurring. Ultimately, after Leon intervened, we reached a satisfactory resolution, and Erwin Moonen received his paid invoice back. All parties are now satisfied, with respect for Leon for the smooth handling of the matter, and great respect for Erwin Moonen for his dedication.
