"I ordered a glow plug relay. Picked it up the next day. Cost: €60. It turned out to be the wrong relay. But the relay wasn't allowed to be returned because it's an electronic component. In short, €60 wasted. When I bought it, it wasn't mentioned that it couldn't be returned. So, absolutely outrageous, they ordered/sold the wrong product (which can happen), but it wasn't allowed to be returned. It's outrageous, I've never experienced this before, but it has to be the first time."
