I'd been looking for a new van for a while, and I finally found a nice van on Marktplaats that they were offering. It was a pleasant conversation with them. They simply loved showing up in your work clothes instead of all that formal stuff. I was able to close the deal quickly with them, and the conversation was pleasant... I would definitely buy a car/van here again.

Last November, I thought I'd buy my dream car here: an Audi A3 limousine. The sale went smoothly. And at my own request, I wanted to swap the rims and an Apple CarPlay system with the car I was trading in. None of this was a problem. I bought the car with a 3-month warranty, but didn't receive an invoice or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, within a few weeks, the car turned out to have several defects. When I reported these in a timely manner, the seller tried all sorts of ways to avoid the charges. Fortunately, I finally managed to convince them to reimburse part of the identified defects. Personally, I find this a real shame. Since I expect my car to be repaired at their expense, if I pay extra for a 3-month warranty when I bought it. Ultimately, I had to contribute a substantial amount myself before the Audi was properly repaired. They also refused, even after I called them several times. The agreed-upon payment was only made after six weeks. With every phone call, he had a new reason/excuse for not paying. I think the seller behaved in a very unprofessional manner. He didn't honor his agreements. I also found him to be aggressive at times. In short, it seemed like a customer-friendly company... But I don't think I was treated that way.

Years ago, I bought a Subaru Forester here. I had a lot of fun with it. What a fantastic car it was. Unfortunately, after a few years, I had to part with it with a heavy heart for economic reasons, as I was cutting back on my workday! I received excellent service from the friendly staff.

Last June, I bought a beautiful Opel Insignia Executive 2.0 turbo automatic. I'm still very happy with it; it's a fantastic car, with no issues whatsoever. Last month, I had a major service done at my local garage, and I was told everything was in perfect order. Auto Paas is, in my opinion, a top-notch car sales center! The owner was also very professional and friendly. Everything was handled efficiently and efficiently. Definitely worth a visit! Regards, David

I recently bought a car from them on their website; they wrote that the car was "very wet." I believed them and paid what they wanted. A month later, I took it to the garage for an oil change. The mechanic told me the wheels were bad and needed to be replaced urgently, and the engine was leaking. They also gave me a new MOT. I don't understand how they can do a roadworthiness test with wheels like that. Then I went to the place where I bought the car and explained the situation to them. The shop owner told me "you have to look for yourself." If you don't know anything about cars, make sure you take someone with you who does. Don't take their word for it; they lie.
