"What terrible service... you come to look at a car, then there's no time for a test drive. We indicated we wanted to buy the car but wanted to drive it. That's fine. The next day there wasn't time, the day after that there was. Okay, we'll do that, but will they hold it? There wasn't another trip planned, so yeah... you get a call the next day saying the car has been sold to someone else. That's not good... not a motor home for me."
