I had a very bad experience recently. I firsti took my car for a service 2 years ago and it was a positive epxerience, so I toook my car back the following year. Service is expensive compared to other garages and they do not show the prices on their website (432eur for standard annual service) , so it's always a bit of a surprise how much they will charge. I took my car in for a tire issue which they fixed, however somehow they manged to damage something on the tyre sensor, I took the car back they did some diagnostics which cost 90eur, tried to fix the issue and didn't manage. I took the car back and they weren't able to fix it, I took the car back again and they still weren't able to fix it. For my annual service this year I took the car back and asked them to look into the issues again, after a "reset" the claimed the issues to be fixed but unfortunately it was not. I sent an e-mail saying the issue still hasn't been fixed, only to be told I need to take it to the Ford garage. So now I can pay twice for somethine they broke in the first place. I sent a complaint e-mail back to them and after two weeks I am still waiting for a reply. Another one of those business that charge you as much as possible for as little service and accountablility as possible. I won't be going back.

Had a heating issue with my less than 6 month old (39k) car. First available date for any of the opel garages in the area (all part of the same owner) to have a look was three days later!! Not to impressed with that. When I got to the garage, parking was all full so had to illegally park across the street. The diagnosis was reasonably fast but yielded no actual cause. Luckily the heating had started working on it's own accord already but not terribly impressed here. Also, the other person waiting for their car was told that the wrong headlight had been ordered so this all makes me feel that my experience is not an anomaly.

Came here uninvited with car trouble. Mechanic started working on my car within a few minutes and solved the problem within an hour. Service very good. Recommended!
