"Very unprofessional staff. A €32,000 car. The car on Marktplaats looked new, no scratches whatsoever. No scratches visible in the photos either. I arrived 170km further and saw deep scratches all around the car. "Yes, sir, it's a 2018 car," the staff acted as if they didn't want to sell the car. They didn't even bother to clean the car first and address the scratches, which cost them a few tens of euros. Went there for nothing, very bad."

"Excellent and very relaxed service! Initially, I was exploring used cars (Zeist). After an informal chat about my needs, the salesperson (Wouter) suggested a great option that met my exact requirements! The price-quality ratio for the new (used) car was excellent, and Wouter also handled the trade-in perfectly. He was very helpful and realistic. I read a lot of complaints about a delivery package/12-month warranty, but how great is it that Bochane is so clear and transparent about it! These are the costs, and that's how the total is calculated—I love that! There's no such thing as a free lunch. Clear communication, a friendly tone, and a delicious cup of coffee! "I don’t understand why this dealer had low rating in Google. As I had a very good experience to buy my Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV from them even if they are Renault Dealer😉Sales Advisor Jeroen Driessen is very helpful and patient with a picky customer like me and give me a Good discount together with brand new set of summer tires for 50% discount. I will recommend them to all my Chinese friends(Lots of Chinese as u see them everywhere and Chinese like expensive cars😜). Big applause for Jeroen and I believe u will make to.
