"After searching for over two years, I bought a beautiful, slightly used Toyota Corolla at Bochane Arnhem used cars last Saturday. Every time I went to look at cars, I just didn't get the "right" feeling about the car/salesperson. With his product knowledge, persuasiveness, and technical background, salesperson Joris de Bruijn convinced me that this was the right choice for me. He took his time with me. "We bought a BMW X3 30e from Bochane used cars, including a warranty package. After a few weeks, it turned out that the car had an unexpected, costly defect. We contacted Bochane aftersales. The communication was friendly, understanding, and solution-oriented. I didn't have to come by first; sending photos was sufficient. Since I live 140 km from Arnhem, the aftersales department took excellent account of the repair schedule, including, in this case, free access to a new Scenic E-Tech (Great car!). I am very satisfied with the contact and the warranty handling by Bochane. A hassle-free warranty for the customer. Hats off!"

"I'd love to give them 0 stars. During the sale, our salesperson, Joris, very kindly explained the available options. We mentioned we weren't from the area, but he said it was possible to visit a nearby Bochane garage. We could also get extra service for almost €800, including an MOT and a service. Everything that happens to the car in the coming year is also covered by this package. After his enthusiastic explanation, we decided to buy the car with this package. When we picked it up, the tank wasn't full as agreed. This already felt off. Just one day after picking it up, I received a message on my screen: low battery. The seatbelts also sometimes squeak and don't click open and closed properly. I found this strange when the car had just been inspected. I called Bochane and explained the situation. However, I couldn't go to the garage near us, as the salesperson had misinformed me. I had to drive all the way to Arnhem. When I arrived in Arnhem, my condition was indeed confirmed and the seatbelts and battery needed to be repaired. However, they couldn't do this themselves (?!). I was referred to find a garage myself that could repair my car (I have a 2021 Skoda). I called several garages, but they were all busy, and I was able to get an appointment two months later. On the day I wanted to go to the garage, my car wouldn't start. I called Bochane, and they couldn't help me. I had to figure it out myself and call the ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Car Service). Apparently, I didn't have roadside assistance, as our "friendly" Joris had told me. I feel let down time and again by the company. They certainly didn't offer any assistance or service. I had hoped the problem was solely with the salesperson, but your service, both in the workshop and afterward, let me down. I had higher expectations. It's a shame you couldn't help me each time."

"Here you can find any car you like. They have new cars but also 2-3 years old. The budget should not be very high because the prices are quite good. Great place from where anyone can achieve one car. Also the personnel is very nice and helpful with the clients. They help you to find suitable options and good for the buyer. I recommend Bochane!!! 👌👍"
