"Maybe hindsight is a given. Should I have gone back? A discussion there? Nope. But tell me anyway. I went in for a different reason, but we're happy to replace two low-beam headlights. Okay. 2 seconds of work, using my own bulbs. They asked if I could use my debit card for €36. Out of surprise, I just did. Looking back at the invoice. 30 minutes of use of the garage (?). Later that evening, while driving home, it turned out one of the bulbs wasn't attached; the light was shining upwards. Isn't this a '€5 symbolic service' or a 'we do free customer acquisition'? (I was there for the first... and last time.)"

"Challenging Journey Purchasing a car has proved to be a rollercoaster ride. Let me explain the journey: 1. Found the car in my price range. Discussed with the sales representative the buying process and set a date for pick up. 2. Pick up When I picked up the car I discovered that there are extra services I need to pay! Which added up to 400€ !!! These services were not explained in the first meeting. 3. Using the car for the first days On the second day of owning the car I discovered that the trunk doesn't stay open as the shocks have lost their power. Since they offer warranty I went to them to change the shocks for which they said that they can't be changed! Which was a huge lie, because I replaced them in a different place and it was a 30 minute job. 4. Using the car for a couple of months In the 3rd or 4th month of owning the car the radiator fan broke and the car was overheating, so I went again to them since the car was still in warranty. They said the fan broke because a rock hit it and it's not covered by warranty. I said I will pay for the repair, just to discover that the fan had a short circuit and burned out and there was no damage done by any objects. After they found out this info they still didn't cover the repairs as they should have. Another issue was that AC was out of freon, because they said they checked the AC was working when they sold me the car. They checked that the compressor turns on and cold air is coming. Of course cold air was coming I bought the car in Winter. I do not recommend you buy a car from this place, go to one in a bigger city, Amsterdam is the closest, they offer way better cars and customer service."

"I bought a Renault Laguna and they sold me with an A/C problem, so I had to do a big trip on summer without A/C, and their solution was to change the pump to a 2nd hand one. I also have a friend which bought a car to them, with 3 or 4 serious problems and 4 months after the sale the gearbox got broken. Now they say the warranty is only 3 months, but fact is that when I tested the car with my friend, there was indeed a gearbox problem from the 1st gear to the 2nd, my friend pointed out that problem, and they said it was fixed. Now they don't want to take the car back."

"I bought a 2006 Fiat Grande Punto and the car had several issues that showed up in the first months. Right after the warranty was over, the car broke down with mechanical problems and they refused to even look at it without payment first. When the car had problems, they made sure they took their time and gave me wrong estimates all of the time. I was not treated with proper respect there and had to demand to speak with higher management more than once to have my car fixed. I DO NOT recommend anyone to buy a car here"
