Koop je auto niet bij Occasion Centrum Breda, Dhr. Mojtaba Yousofzai. Ik heb bij OCB een auto gekocht, weldra waren er onduidelijke problemen waarvoor ik maar bleef betalen en geen duidelijke oplossing kwam. Ook geeft men de klant weinig keus zodat je maar moet blijven betalen. Na deze reeks van dure reparaties waarbij electriciteits zekeringen juist verwijderd werden van mijn auto(?) werd duidelijk dat OCB het niet op kon lossen en gaf hij aan dat ik met mijn niet werkende auto maar ergens anders heen moest en hem niet meer moest bellen. Samen met auto-onderdelen winkel Kilinclar heeft OCB slecht functionerende Kar-S accu's geleverd en geplaatst waarvoor beide bedrijven zich niet verantwoordelijk stelde voor mijn maanden stilstaande auto. Ik ben nu 5 accu's en 2000 Eu kosten verder. OCB is ook niet aangesloten bij een brancheorganisatie of BOVAG dus je staat als klant nooit sterk als er iets gebeurt met je auto via hun.

I was able to purchase a Seat Ibiza for a great price on the same day. The MOT was taken care of and the car drove perfectly, but unfortunately, the next day the engine light came on. I called them right away and was told they could come by at any time. At the garage, they scanned the car and picked up and replaced a new sensor within the hour. After it turned out that this hadn't solved the problem, I dropped my car off so they could take a closer look. They replaced the throttle valve and then took it for a drive to make sure the problem wouldn't recur. And they covered all of this under warranty! They even brought the car to me that same evening. I definitely recommend this garage for their customer-friendly service, professionalism, commitment, fast service, and especially for their flexibility.

We went looking for a car and found one we liked. We took it for a test drive and were able to take it home right away. The car passed its MOT a year later, and many things were "professionally" repaired. A lot of rust, which was supposedly expertly removed, etc. We contacted the garage, and they handled it efficiently. They promptly resolved any issues, and the car passed its MOT. We'll definitely be back next time. Thanks for the great service, guys.
