"A decent used car dealer who initially seems to have everything in order. The trade-in and purchase of my new car went smoothly. However, I've had the car for less than a month and have already been to the garage twice for repairs, and the third service is still pending, as I don't feel comfortable driving my purchased car. None of the defects were listed. It also stated that the service booklet was included, but that wasn't included either, and the company couldn't track down the maintenance history. All in all, I find the service poor, and I can't say I'm satisfied with my purchase. Just a quick note. It's been a while now, and I've sent another email. I haven't received a response, so I'm currently being ignored. Occasion Center states that the cars have been technically inspected and are ready to drive. Dear all, please check the car thoroughly before buying, because the company doesn't live up to this promise. Immediately after purchasing, I had to replace my brake pads, spark plugs, diesel particulate filter, oil, and more, as this hadn't been done in years. As a result, the brake disc was also partially damaged. Ready to drive? I didn't think so. Be mindful!"

"I tested the car during a test drive and noticed a creaking noise coming from the clutch (like a loud creaking cabinet door). I politely indicated that it needed to be fixed, and it wasn't a problem. Upon delivery, the creaking had stopped, but after two or three days, the noise returned. I went back to check, but nothing was found, and made an appointment to leave the car for a longer period. After this appointment, the noise disappeared again, but of course, it returned within a week. From that point on, they didn't respond. I kept complaining, saying, "It can't hurt," and "If you pay extra attention, you'll hear it better." Every time people join me for a ride, they immediately say, "That doesn't sound good." And my own garage also said, "Isn't that constant noise driving you crazy?" So, it's not my fault. My own garage indicated that this could easily be solved by installing a new pedal. I tried this with them, but again, the dealer/garage refused. Long story short, this used car dealer doesn't keep their promises and doesn't respond when you try to contact them about it."

"About two months ago, thanks to occasion center Zwolle, I became the proud owner of my Peugeot 307cc. I was able to trade in my old car for a great deal, and the service was excellent. A month later, I had a minor issue with my new car. I took it back to the garage for a quick repair. Everything was fixed without any hassle and reimbursed because it was still under warranty. Great service!"

"Last week I bought my fourth car from this company. (VW Passat 1.4 TSI DSG 2011) Very good experiences every time. The owner really takes the time to help you. The other staff are also very friendly. Competitive sales prices, good trade-in prices, and excellent service. I find the latter especially important. Minor defects after purchase have always been promptly resolved. This is in contrast to some brand dealerships I've been a customer of in the past. I highly recommend this company to everyone! I give them a solid 9.9. They'll get a 10 if I get a bouquet of flowers with my car next time ;-)"

"A very good experience with this dealership. Honest and sincere salesperson who keeps his promises. I bought a VW Polo BM here as a trade-in for a Golf 5. I received a very respectable trade-in price, so I accepted the offer without haggling. The delivery fee was €395, but that included a new MOT, a service, and a 3-month warranty (€250 deductible). The day after I picked up the car, the coil and engine management warning lights came on, so I contacted Occasion Center Zwolle. I was referred to the mechanic without any problems to schedule an appointment. It turned out to be a faulty EGR valve, and it was replaced WITHOUT paying the deductible, as the problem occurred within the first week. Very professional! I've been driving my new car with great pleasure for a few weeks now and will definitely be back for my next car! Well done!"
