"I ordered an Xprog box (€150) to reset the firmware of a BMW. I initially received a defective one, which I was told to send in for inspection, and if it was truly defective, I would receive a new one. I received a new one, but it was also defective. Now I'm requesting a return and want to send it back myself so they can see that it's broken, but they won't help me. Poor service, dissatisfied."
