"A few weeks ago, I bought a Renault Twingo with both LPG and petrol. At first, the place seemed a bit chaotic, but once I spoke with the salesperson, I quickly felt more at ease. He was a very honest salesperson who immediately told me that the LPG system wasn't working properly and would be repaired two days later by a company specializing in such systems. I took a test drive and was promised a call when the car was ready. A few days later, I called myself, but the car had also just returned from an MOT, which he had immediately had installed. I returned, and this time, I received a warm welcome and was given another extensive test drive. I received a fair price for my old car and bought the Twingo for a good price as well. Later, I noticed that the gear shifting wasn't smooth. I called and was told to bring the car back for a checkup. They also noticed the same thing and went to inspect it immediately. I was given a cup of coffee and could ask any questions I had. They also explained exactly what they were doing. After some testing and replacing the transmission fluid, the problem was gone. I didn't have to pay anything! What fantastic service! I'm still incredibly happy with my new car. Thank you for the smooth sale and excellent service, Nouris Autos! Definitely recommended!"
