Last week we bought a Ford C-Max from Noordwest Auto's. We received a friendly welcome from Stefan and were given plenty of time to look at the car at our leisure. A test drive was no problem at all. He even let me put the car on a ramp so my husband could check it out thoroughly. In short: very friendly service, and we're very happy with the car. Thanks!

Bought a Volvo S40 2.0 two years ago. 56-NP-SG called the garage about the car, but I was coming from quite a distance. I asked if it could get an MOT (periodic vehicle safety inspection) so I could drive it for another year. They agreed to arrange that. After that, I went to them and saw the car right away. I drove it around, but there were a few minor issues I could sympathize with (the front and rear shock absorbers were worn, and the driver's seat belt was damaged). Otherwise, my first impression is very positive. I bought it with 163,000 km. Now, December 15th, 2025 km, 204,000 km. The car drives excellently. I did have a few things done, such as: Front and rear shock absorbers replaced. Coolant and hose replaced. Fuel filter replaced. Major service. Seat belt replaced. Brake pads and discs replaced front and rear. New tires (not necessary), but done. Tie ball joints. Changed brake fluid. Changed radio. Windshield wipers. Dust cover. Camshaft adjuster gasket. All in all. It drives like a dream, and garage owners say "it's comfortable." These are normal circumstances. I'm happy with the purchase and received excellent service.

Bought and serviced a Peugeot 107 at Noordwest, drove it flawlessly for four years. It was time for a more luxurious, newer car, and I'll definitely be servicing it again. Great, helpful, and honest garage.

In December 2024, we bought a Peugeot 307sw, and immediately after purchase (while still on their property) we discovered an emissions problem. The seller promised that the problem would be resolved after an inspection, and that if we didn't, we could contact them. After 150 km, the error reappeared. Diagnostics, which we had to have performed ourselves at a garage, revealed that the lambda sensor needed replacing. Despite several requests, the seller refused to reimburse the full costs (including fuel) or arrange alternative transportation, even though he was supposed to have the car for two days. We would have had to drive back and forth from Groningen twice with two cars. An independent garage also inspected the car. They claimed the car wouldn't have passed its MOT at all. Poor communication and an inadequate solution offered. Very disappointing. The car dealer is not affiliated with Bovag. Stay away from this company!

Bought a nice car, but I heard a few minor issues, and they promptly checked it for free. Luckily, it turned out to be fine. Great service!😃
