I bought a beautiful Renault Kadjar in February of this year. It was delivered promptly. After a week or two, I had a problem with the ignition coil, which was promptly resolved. They picked up the car from my home and left me a loaner. I had a few more problems, but Benno resolved everything quickly and efficiently, and he didn't charge a fee because he wanted to deliver a good car. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend Noord Auto. If I ever buy another car, I'll definitely buy it from Noord Auto in Assen. Arie Flokstra

I recently bought a VW Caddy from Noord Auto. The contact went smoothly. I wanted the car as soon as possible, but the salesman, Benno, insisted on keeping the car for a while so he could deliver it in good condition. He even repaired a scratch on the bumper for me and carried out some necessary maintenance. I contacted him again about a warranty issue. I reported the problem on Friday, and the car was picked up at my home the next available opportunity, and everything was handled efficiently. They're also easy to reach, even on weekends and during Ascension Day. I recommend Noord Auto to everyone; it's a great company to work with. They're not difficult about the warranty and are dedicated to delivering a great product. A solid five stars!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this book; it doesn't deliver what it promises. He orders a vehicle, never pays for it, and never contacts me again. Then he tries again, but at a lower price. It creates unnecessary work. Unreliable.
