About a year ago, we bought a 2020 Nissan Qashqai here. During our search, we consulted several sellers and/or dealers due to several specific requirements. After our first contact with Terwolde Emmen, we had a "good" feeling about the seller and the car for the first time, something we hadn't experienced before. "Good" is, of course, subjective, but this was partly because we received complete information and didn't feel like information was being withheld. We received friendly and understanding service, and the staff were helpful. We received thorough guidance throughout the purchase process, rather than the usual "slick" sales pitches. They genuinely showed interest in the customer. 1 year after purchase: For questions or service, the team is easily accessible and, once again, helpful. Unfortunately, we experienced one breakdown due to a dead battery (normal wear and tear), and it turned out that the Nissan+ card hadn't been activated. This naturally caused some inconvenience, but we worked together to find a suitable solution. The battery could also be replaced very quickly after the incident. As we say in Drenthe: No hassle, just good service.
