I do not remember a worse customer service experience. Bought my car here and took it back twice for what seems to be a bit of a more complicated problem. The first time they didn't even look into the problem for which I brought the car there, despite the extensive explanations I gave about it, and "fixed" some other problrm they apparently found. The second time they apparently looked into the issue couldn't find the cause and came with the "solution" to start replacing random parts (including parts recently replaced) in the hope that they get "bingo" with one of them. Had a conversation with the location manager John van Wijk, who, after trying to convince me they are equally affected by the fact that they cannot solve the issue as I am by the issue itself, promissed to review the file and come with a plan. Fast forward a month later and I am still waiting for that call, despite a reminder call. Avoid at any cost - they will go the extra mile to sweet talk you into buying a car for them, to totally change around and no longer give a dam after they took your money.

Be Careful about their service after you bought the car !!! We bought a second hand Volvo from this company this month. They only replied our calls, mails and questions quickly before we sign the contract. After we signed the contract, they didn't care about the insurance, the delivery and all the promise they made, we tried a week to reach our sales regarding the car delivery and the payment but couldn't get any reply, and after a week of delivered the car, we still didn't get any information about our car insurance after many no answered calls and messages. We started to worry about what we can have the service if our car has any problem. Terrible customer service and experience! Be careful before you decide to deal with them.
