I bought a beautiful Volkswagen Polo from Michael on my own, trading in my old one. The consultation went smoothly. I'm happy to know they're a true Volkswagen partner, have reliable cars, and have been well-maintained, which is clearly evident. You can always ask any questions you have. Michael is honest and open, and passionate about his business, which I appreciate. Even when the car was delivered, I noticed that the antenna was slightly damaged. Michael, without hesitation, told me that wasn't acceptable and that he would immediately order a new one and send it to me by mail. I'm a very satisfied customer and highly recommend this car dealership!👏🏼😁

On September 20, 2025, I bought a beautiful, fully loaded Toyota Yaris from this company. Due to a planned weekend with friends, we had to wait a week to pick it up. After consultation, I did this on Sunday, September 28, 2025. What a service and helpful company this is. Unfortunately, the transfer didn't go through (large amounts in the app were incorrect). But no problem, we were able to take the car with us and transfer the money at home. As a surprise, the license plates weren't installed, but still no problem for this company. I put the green plates on and went home. The plates were delivered and installed tonight. Please note, we live in Enschede!! What truly fantastic service!! Very happy with the car, which drives superbly. On December 27, 2025, the starter battery is now dead for the third time and the car is standing still! I sent a message to Neuteboom asking if this is covered by the warranty. Unfortunately, it isn't, but they are willing to help me free of charge. We'll send you a new battery or are willing to come to you with a new one and install it. Again, we live in Enschede and decided to send the battery and install it ourselves. I can't believe how good the service is; many car companies could learn from this.

If you buy a car here, you get the complete package: a 1-year warranty, a full inspection, and any necessary repairs or part replacements done by their mechanics. The car also comes freshly washed, polished, and with a full tank, ready to hit the road! Highly recommended!

I bought a 2021 Toyota Yaris from this garage and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. The car has been great, and the whole buying experience was smooth and professional. One thing that really stood out to me was the one-year guarantee they offered, which gave me peace of mind. About a month after buying the car, the battery unexpectedly failed and I couldn't start it. I wasn't sure whether the warranty covered the battery, so I contacted the garage. They told me the battery wasn't technically covered, but they still went out of their way to help me. To my surprise, they brought a brand new battery to my house and replaced it right at my doorstep—free of charge! That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it really showed that they care about their customers even after the sale. I highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for a reliable car and excellent service.
