Very satisfied with my purchase so far. I had a simple and honest conversation via text and phone. No false promises, and when I finally arrived after a three-hour drive, it was more or less what I expected: just a simple car salesman without a fancy office or any other fuss. They were also helpful in finding a personal solution that allowed me to go home satisfied. Thank you.

Had a very bad experience. The communication was downright mean and unprofessional. Absolutely not a pleasant way to do business. My advice: don't do business with them.

Bought a car today. Later that day, a light came on on my dashboard. I texted the garage and got an almost immediate response, and they'll be helping me tomorrow.

I sent polite emails, then asked what I had in mind for the trade-in value. I sent a reasonably reasonable offer, and received the unprofessional response: "Just think about it. Good luck." Rude communication (I've already received several complaints about this!)
