We called to say we were seriously interested in a car. We initially made an appointment for the viewing the next day. But because we liked the car so much and didn't want to miss out, we asked if we could come that same day. Reservations weren't possible because, according to the gentleman, people don't keep their appointments. So we wanted to come as soon as possible. It wasn't a problem, and the appointment was made, and there were no other appointments scheduled. We were notified an hour beforehand via a text that the car had been sold while we were on our way to the viewing. And when we called and asked why we had to do it this way, we were hung up on and no one answered the phone. It's a shame when someone has so little faith in humanity that they treat others like that.
