"During the MOT inspection, it turned out there was a fault that needed to be fixed. It would be a time-consuming job that couldn't just be done in between. The conclusion was that it could take two weeks, but he would do his best to find a time slot sooner. Two days later, he called to say the car was ready. That's what I call good service!"
