"We had the damage to the car assessed. It couldn't be brought in until three weeks later (which is possible) and it would be ready within a few days. I inquired about it myself at the end of the week, and it turned out a bumper had to be ordered. (The damage had already been assessed, so why not order it at the time of the appointment?) We demanded the car back and made a new appointment for the bumper. The tailgate had been repaired. Suddenly, the tailgate wouldn't open fully anymore. We reported this, and they said they would look into it when the bumper was installed. They concluded it wasn't the company's fault, and the insurance company wouldn't cover it. Their response made it seem as if the complaint existed before I brought the car to them, which is absolutely not the case. It was a known issue with Mercedes. (Not mine, anyway.) In short, this was the first and last time we'd go to this company. If you get hit from behind, on top of the hassle, you'll also get a car back in worse condition than before the damage. 9/9/25 We went to this company for the second time after another accident. So now extra competitive and clear agreements were made beforehand. And yes, they arranged everything perfectly, a good loaner car, and it was ready within two days. I was very happy with this. An extra star is deserved."

"I recently had my Jaguar repaired there. They took care of everything with the insurance company. BUT: The cover plates are loose on the engine (they repaired them afterward, they forgot...) or—see photos—they're being secured with duck tape. They straightened the aluminum bumper supports instead of replacing them, so the hood no longer fits the bumper. They resprayed them without touching up the spots. They simply reinstalled the broken indicator. The air conditioning doesn't work anymore. I can't reach an agreement with the insurance company, so now I'm going through a legal aid lawyer. Oh yes, there's also good news: Your car always goes through the car wash properly, so they get a star for that."
