I have been connected to Toyota Mengelers from 2017 onward since we got our first Toyota from them. This December, we exchanged our old car for a newer model, also from Toyota, and I must say, our entire experience has been fantastic. RalfBeurskens, our Verkoopadviseur, was a star. He guided us meticioulsy, demonstrating insight and knowledge of the entire process in a way which made us immediately feel at ease and made our decision to buy even more firmer. He exuded confidence and understanding of our needs, catered to our concerns and clarifications with patience and understanding. In the end, we are now the happy owners of our new Toyota. We highly recommend him as well as Totota Mengelers for any potential new buyers looking for a car. Wishing Ralf and his team all the best for the new year 2026 ahead.

We wanted to upgrade since we needed more space and our previous Toyota, although a lovely old girl, was becoming too small for our family. We love the brand and we are customers of the Mengelers Maastricht since we came to the Netherlands, so there we went for help and advice. We just bought our new Toyota Corolla, the station wagon version, and we have to say we love it. The whole process seemed effortless thanks to Ralf Beurskens, who took over and arranged everything for us. Thanks to Ralf this whole experience was great and stress free. He is not only helpful, polite and very patient (answering all of our even silliest questions), but also really knows his job, which inspires confidence and enthusiasm. We highly recommend this company and especially, Ralf.

Excellent service! 11 months after I bought the car (used) the Starterbatterie needed to be changed. After I received a jump-start from the Toyota breakdown service I called Mengelers to inform them that I'm on the way. After arrival they apologised that it's busy and it will take a bit longer. While waiting I had access to free coffee. Not even one hour later I was already sitting in my repaired car, repair was covered by warranty.

I've been increasingly on the road and considered multiple options to replace my vehicle. Toyotas are one of those options. After 4 phone calls and two appointments with extensive review and discussion w, I can only conclude this dealership is pretty much the classic opposite of a synchronized sales team. Serious shortcomings compared to German or US customer care.
