"A truly terrible dealership. I drive a Mitsubishi myself and went into Mengelers to look for a new Mitsubishi to trade in my own. When I arrived, there was one customer at the counter. When the employee finished with the customer, he walked to the back of the store without saying a word. I waited for over 10 minutes, but no one came. So I went home. Mengelers isn't making a cent from me."
