Been a customer for years and always had great service. Our car (Mitsubishi Colt) has been here from the start for maintenance, MOT, and damage, never had any problems.

A truly terrible dealership. I drive a Mitsubishi myself and went into Mengelers to look for a new Mitsubishi to trade in my own. When I arrived, there was one customer at the counter. When the employee finished with the customer, he walked to the back of the store without saying a word. I waited for over 10 minutes, but no one came. So I went home. Mengelers isn't making a cent from me.

A very poor garage. We had them do everything, and then they'd lift us. They'd haggle for things that could have been solved differently. They clearly need money. We won't be returning. Very dissatisfied and certainly not impressed with their service.
