"I needed a car at very short notice for my vacation and found MD Autocentrum through Marktplaats. The service I received from Murat was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond to fulfill my needs, despite the short notice and the complexity of the project. From the start, Murat was very professional and advised me to come and see the car before making a decision. He wanted to be sure I was happy with the car before we proceeded. However, due to time constraints and the long distance, I couldn't see the car, and I really wanted it! Thanks to Murat's convincing advice and expertise, I decided to buy the car without seeing it first. And that turned out to be a good decision! His advice about getting a warranty extension at the dealership, as the car was eligible, was also invaluable. Murat contacted the Mercedes dealer himself, and they told him they were fully booked for the coming month... impossible! But Murat managed to get it all done within just a few days! I still can't believe it! He had the car inspected, changed the wheels, tinted the windows, made several styling adjustments to the bodywork, installed an additional alarm system, and delivered the car showroom-cleaned. And all of that without me even seeing the car until it was completely finished! What really stuck with me was that Murat was able to accomplish all of this within a few days. I've had the car for a few months now, and it still drives like new! I want to sincerely thank Murat for his excellent service and dedication. I'm very grateful, and I wish his company much success in the future."
