I received a friendly welcome from Mustafa. My car broke down and I left it at MB Car Service. The problem was resolved faster than expected. When I picked it up, Mustafa explained the problem in more detail and showed me the parts where the problem was. Before I drove away, he carried out a follow-up inspection. What a relief to finally find a garage where you feel taken seriously. I arrived with a Mini Cooper S that had an engine malfunction and limited power. Instead of confusion or vague explanations, I immediately received a clear diagnosis and a transparent price agreement. The spark plugs turned out to be severely worn, and the air mass meter was replaced. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. What I especially appreciate is the calm, the respect, and the clear communication. No feeling of unnecessary costs, just honest craftsmanship. My car now drives great again and feels powerful and smooth again—a real difference! When the warning light came on, I thought: "Here we go again..."
