"January 5, 2024: Due to battery problems with the Mazda MX-30, we first had the car started via roadside assistance and then drove directly to Mengelers. Unfortunately, there were no mechanics available on Saturday, but one of the sales associates, Roy Schmetz, did the honors very satisfactorily. We left our MX-30 behind and were just able to drive a demo MX-30 back home. After the weekend, the mechanics will inspect the MX-30. January 3, 2023: Back for the annual maintenance of the MX-30. Because Mengelers has taken over Welling's operations, the showroom and workshop have been relocated. But just like last time, we were treated kindly when making the appointment and upon arrival at the showroom. November 2022: Went to Welling Heerlen for the first time for the annual maintenance of the Mazda MX-30. (Previously in Sittard.) The service was friendly and completed within an hour and a half. All washed and received. See you again next year!"

"Poor service. Car was brought to the location at 8:15 AM as scheduled. The woman on the phone said the repair would take two hours, but the friendly man behind the counter then said 30-45 minutes. Then, three hours later (after calling myself), I was told my car was still due, despite the appointment being over a month old. The reason? Because I didn't wait, they added the car to their daily schedule, as a new customer experience."

"The salesperson showed no interest in selling us a car. In short, no handshake (introductions), no coffee, no card, no questions, no time, and only a few quick answers to our questions. He showed absolutely no interest in our needs. The conversation ended within five minutes. Disappointing, especially since we were interested in buying a new car. If this is the new trend, we'll save our money and look for a used car sometime next year. Maybe then they'll treat us seriously."
